THE LEVENGER TAPES REVIEWED
“The Levenger Tapes” is another viral horror movie that was good that it got shelved for 3 years. Now, it’s getting a release to show why Blair Witch wouldn’t work if it was starring three teenagers. The cops get involved and everyone seems concerned about these missing teenagers. Honestly, I could’ve stood to watch a film about these kids just getting murdered for 92 minutes. It’s fun to hate unlikable people in these movies.
However, you can’t sustain that hate for the entirety of a film. What’s kinda insane is that for the level of acting talent onscreen, nothing ever comes together. I know that horror is easy to shoot, but I hate it when people don’t strive to do more. The curious will rent it, but I can’t recommend it.
