EARTHRISE REVIEWED
“Earthrise” follows a clean-up crew as they return to help rehab the Earth. Think of it like Wall-E, but with real humans who are getting psychologically traumatized by seeing a partially destroyed Earth for the first time. I know, kids. I chuckled too. The film is rather strong indie feature with a small cast. However, I’m not sure if the premise was strong enough to sustain 100 minutes. Things like this are why we need more proper anthology series returning to TV. This could’ve easily been a Twilight Zone episode or at worst a Misfits of Science.
