“The Draft” is an hour long look at how the Military draft still works in the American democracy. The history and arguments for/against are detailed in interviews and clips. But, no one really bothers to answer anything. The documentary is a conversation starter and you get a stellar bit of narration from Campbell Scott. The DVD comes with no special features.
