CENSORED VOICES REVIEWED
“Censored Voices” follows several Israelis, as they reveal the truth of the Six-Day War nearly 50 years later. The documentary makes great use of previously censored audio recorded after the end of the conflict. That being said, it’s neat seeing Israel being called for their aggressive use of Manifest Destiny in the 20th century. So many gloss over the facts behind their land grabs, but it happened. Mor Loushy spends time working in Israel and having the men from the recordings explain their thoughts across the 50 year gap. Truly stunning all around and I’d love to see a similar take with American veterans and points beyond.
