Epic Pictures’ specialty horror label DREAD is thrilled to announce the release of Beezel, a spine-chilling tale of terror lurking beneath the floors of a cursed New England home. Beezel is set for a limited theatrical run beginning September 20, with a video-on-demand (VOD) release following on September 24, where it will be available to rent or purchase.
Beezel comes from the creative minds at Social House Films, the dynamic horror filmmaking duo of writer/director Aaron Fradkin and writer/star Victoria Fratz Fradkin. Their previous project, The Ballerina, garnered over 19 million views on YouTube and was prominently featured in Season 7 of Bloody Bites TV. Social House Films has also been recognized as a leading force in independent horror by GQ, which named them in the article “The Most Exciting Horror Filmmaking is Happening on YouTube.”
Anticipation has been building among horror fans for Beezel, Social House Films’ highly anticipated second feature. The first teaser, which debuted exclusively on Film Updates earlier this year, generated significant buzz across horror communities and top genre outlets.
