Horror and cult cinema streaming platform Arrow has revealed another killer month of movies coming to their service in August 2023.
Kicking off August 4th is the Revengeamatics season, where wronged heroes violently mete out comeuppance no matter the cost. Titles include Female Prisoner Scorpion, Vengeance is Mine, King Boxer and more.
Also on August 4th are two new documentaries from Paul Joyce – Sellers’ Best, exploring the genius of Peter Sellers, and Pictures of Europe, examining differences between American and European cinema.
On August 7th, actor Reece Shearsmith handpicked his favorites for Reece Shearsmith Selects, including titles like Deep Red, The Crazies and Society.
August 11th brings the streaming debut of rediscovered German art film Red Sun, plus a docuseries on iconic filmmakers called Access All Areas: The Documentaries of Paul Joyce.
Later in August, subscribers can enjoy curated collections like Renegade Cops and This Is Torture! focused on vigilante justice and gruesome horror.
Rounding out the month are selections from Oscar-winner Roger Avary and Jackie Chan’s early action opus New Fist of Fury.
