“Army Dog” is about a vet and his military trained dog having to reconnect with the vet’s daughter. The duo takes the dog camping and things go bad. What will happen now? If you said cheap shot action and material that felt like an extended TV episode, well you’d be right. But, the dog is cool.
The DVD comes with Minuscule bonus episodes and a trailer gallery as the special features. The A/V Quality is quite stunning. The transfer is pretty standard. However, I found the Dolby 5.1 track really popped. The DVD might be worth a purchase if you kids into this sort of thing.
