“American Terrorist” is a follow-up to the “A Perfect Terrorist” documentary for those that follow this sort of thing. Focusing on a mix of the Mumbai attacks and the Snowden leaks, this documentary is a closer look at how anti-terrorism efforts can miss the point. The effort to focus on David Coleman Headley is an amazing effort by PBS. The case study also shows how captured terrorist can help out FBI and similar agencies. In the end, I’d recommend it to modern espionage fans.
