Vertical has acquired North American, UK/Ireland, AU/NZ, and South African rights to writer-director Jessica Kozak’s tense psychological thriller The Wild, debuting in select theaters and on demand everywhere March 7, 2025.
What is The Wild?
The tragic death of their friend Bea (Becca Q. Co) has driven longtime friends Emilia (Sunita Mani), Finn (Kate Easton), and Lucey (Kayla Foster) apart. Hoping to heal their bond, Emilia convinces them to continue their tradition of an annual camping trip. However, deep within the isolated woods, suspicions rise and paranoia sets in. As trust unravels, the friends question their own morality, wondering who among them might pose the greatest threat.
