The Transformers have a new autobot mission.
“A New Autobot Mission” is about the 28th Generation/5th relaunch of Hasbro’s flagship franchise. I think there are 6 year olds who can now recite the Transformers and Spider-Man’s origins from memory. While I watch the five episodes on the disc, I realize that I’m seeing recycled plot points. I’m not even a fan and it seems a bit much. But, the Transformers fans are going to buy it. The DVD comes with a featurette as the sole special feature.
