TRANSFORMERS RESCUE BOTS: HEROES OF TECH REVIEWED

“Heroes of Tech” is the latest Transformers Rescue Bots compilation. For those that aren’t familiar, this is the Transformers iteration that targets super young kids. The Rescue Bots hang out with the Burns family, while working as a first response team. You’ve got the cop car one, the fire truck, the helicopter and a rock. This time they’re learning about new technology and how to keep humanity safe. After five episodes, I’m starting to learn that there’s a point where you have to stop milking a franchise. How many times and many demographics do robots need to appeal? What happened to letting toys just be Tonka replicas of real world items? When’s the last time you saw a kid playing with Tonka? I ask this in a piece about Hasbro toys. Corporate culture clash.
