To The Edge of the Sky follows four American mothers helping their kids fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Unfortunately, the FDA is standing in their way. The disease kills young boys faster than any other affliction, yet the FDA says that they can’t have access to a life-saving drug. Watching these women team up to sue the FDA is inspiring. I get that the FDA wants more trials, but this is how you get trials started.
What other option do these kids have? Things like this have a special place in my heart and I hope that you give it a shot.
