“The Man, The Music” is a loving documentary about the power of being an amazing guitar player. The documentary is told through interview segments rather than having a central voice. We freestyle and bounce between setups while getting the better artistic sense. If you like amazing guitar playing, you’ve got that here. If you want to learn about the artist, that’s not happening. So, it’s going to frustrate traditional documentary fans. The DVD comes with a bit about Chris Squires as the sole special feature.
