PARADOX REVIEWED
“Paradox” follows a man’s effort to save his daughter from organ farming criminals. Tony Jaa plays a local Thai cop, but he’s not the star. Louis Koo gets to bring Hong Kong stage action into the Elephant loving realm of Thailand. Sammo Hung helmed the action direction and it makes the fights pop. But, that’s about all the film has going for it. If you want a quick movie to pass an afternoon, then Paradox will do it for you. Otherwise, this film might be a hard pass.
