“Pantini” is a documentary about Marco Pantani and his feats of bicycling strength. While the anti American doping scandals plagued the Tour de France, most media outlets skirted over the fact that this guy died of a coke overdose in a seedy Italian hotel. But, that’s the way everything works anymore. America bad and everyone else is good. The documentary is feature length and tries to paint a better portrait of an athlete that most Americans never knew existed. The DVD comes with extended interviews and bonus footage as the special features.
