But, everyone kinda already knew in one way or the other. It’s just that we finally hit a point where she couldn’t lay down in Times Square or bang a pharmacist to make the point. The show really ran out of steam, as the only moment with true merit is Zoey turning on her former mentor. It’s a heartbreaking portrait of a working addict, but then what? If you thought David Chase had vague endings, this finale will only piss you off more.
