“The Nanny” finally answers the sitcom question of what happens when you marry the man who employs you. He knocks you up and takes you into the upper class. Other things happen alongside some guest stars. But, everyone just remembers the finale and the birth episode. If you’re a big fan of the show, you probably already own the complete series. That being said, it works for what it is.
