The community bands together to entice two former thieves into stealing back the deeds. Laughs are had, as we bounce around a film that feels like it would’ve been made in America roughly 20 years ago. Apparently, it’s a sequel to a film I’ve never seen before. Imagine that. The DVD comes with a Digital Copy and not much else.
