LA MADRE, EL HIJO Y LA ABUELA REVIEWED
“La Madre, El Hijo Y La Abuela” is about building a new family in the face of disaster. In this case, it’s about a young man making sense of his life while searching for his childhood home after a volcanic eruption. If you expect more, then you’re going to be underwhelmed. If you’re looking for a drama about the meaning of family and community this will do it for you. Hell, it says more about death than most of the serious dramas I checked out recently. Give it a shot.
