IT’S NOT YET DARK REVIEWED
“It’s Not Yet Dark” is about Simon Fitzmaurice’s efforts to finish directing his first feature film. While My Name is Emily work as a feature film, it’s impressive to learn that that Fitzmaurice was suffering with ALS during that time. Wheelchair bound, but never out…Fitzmaurice takes the audience through his journey into film making. Fitzmaurice’s ability to express himself via eye gaze technology is astonishing. Add onto that the relationship angle and audiences will feel themselves drawn way closer to the journey than expected. Quality work all around.
