Independent Project Records announced today a comprehensive two-night 45th anniversary celebration taking place November 5-6 at Gold-Diggers in Hollywood. The festival features a curated lineup of artists from across the label’s four-decade history, alongside documentary screenings, visual presentations, and retrospective programming.
The label has added Victor Krummenacher (Camper Van Beethoven, The Third Mind) as the final headliner for Wednesday’s festivities, joining previously announced performers including Bauhaus legend David J, Shiva Burlesque, Springhouse, and Kommunity FK.
For global audiences unable to attend in person, the complete two-night event will livestream via Volume.com for $25, accessible for 30 days following the event.
Schedule and Programming
Wednesday, November 5 opens with a 5:00 PM film screening of Louder Than You Think (Sound Stage) with Q&A, followed by a 7:30 PM performance from Daniel Voznick and Mark Mastopietro performing previously unreleased 1970s songs by Barry Craig. The evening progresses through Driveway Ceiling, Kommunity FK, Lanterna with Bruce Licher, Victor Krummenacher, Springhouse, and concludes with a DJ Battle (11:40 PM) featuring Otto Von Stroheim and Bruce Licher, hosted by Adam Weissler.
Thursday, November 6 begins with a 5:00 PM screening of Desolation Center (Sound Stage) plus Q&A. The evening features Springhouse, Kommunity FK, Alison Clancy, Shiva Burlesque (with Jeffrey Clark and Grant-Lee Phillips, featuring David J), David J’s headlining set (10:50 PM), and concludes with DJ sets from David J, Bruce Licher, and others (11:30 PM). Adam Weissler hosts Thursday’s festivities.
Both nights incorporate visual retrospectives, IPR-related films, music videos, artwork installations, and merchandise throughout Gold-Diggers.

All in-person attendees receive a limited edition 7″ vinyl single featuring previously unreleased music and an IPR 45th anniversary-themed 45 RPM adapter.
Deluxe two-day package purchasers receive three extremely limited edition test pressings of recent IPR vinyl (never previously available to the public), a complimentary copy of The Well, and additional exclusive merchandise.
