“Episodes” returns with the strongest season since its start. Focusing on what happens when a show lives too long, we get to see Matt LeBlanc’s character fight with thieves, the creativity bankrupt and the push to keep carrying on. While the show goes a little too “Inside Baseball” at times, the feel of the material works better than several other industry shows. That being said, I wouldn’t feel like it was the worst thing if the next season wrapped the series up.
