Deeper Premieres Kayden Kross' Myth-Inspired Feature 'Equilibrium'

Vixen Media Group has released the latest Deeper original, “Equilibrium,” a five-part feature written and directed by award-winning filmmaker Kayden Kross.

The series stars Jewel Diamant alongside VMG contract performers Serenity Cox, Jessi Rae and Jason Luv. Supporting cast members include Kenna James, Violet Myers, Rissa May, Vince Karter, Seth Gamble, Chocolate Rod, Prince Yahshua, Parker Ambrose, Hollywood Cash, Goldey, Alex Jones and a special appearance by Little Puck.

Inspired by mythology and classical archetypes, “Equilibrium” follows three sisters whose lives become intertwined with philosopher Jason, played by Jason Luv. As relationships fracture and loyalties shift, each woman confronts questions of desire, identity and personal balance while navigating different paths toward self-discovery.

Kross said the project centers on finding balance in relationships rather than sacrificing yourself for someone else.

“It’s not about holding yourself back to meet someone else’s expectations, and it’s not about giving too freely,” Kross said. “It’s about giving honestly where someone else is giving honestly back. Equilibrium is something sustaining, where one can’t overcome the other. It’s the cosmic dance.”

Jewel Diamant praised Kross’ creative process and attention to detail throughout production.

“Kayden Kross holds a level of creative vision and respect within the industry that very few people do,” Diamant said. “She’s someone whose work I genuinely admire, and I value both what she has to say and what she creates. She is so deeply intelligent, and that’s reflected through her projects.”

Diamant added that Kross spent time discussing the script and themes before filming, creating a production that emphasized performance as much as storytelling.

Jason Luv also highlighted the scope of the production.

“This was unlike anything I’ve shot,” Luv said. “Kayden builds an entire world around you and hands you a character with real depth to play. Getting to work at this level, with a cast and crew this good, is exactly why I do this.”

Since launching in 2019, Deeper has built a reputation for feature-driven productions under Kross’ creative direction. Previous titles including “Goddess and the Seed,” “Muse,” “Drift,” “Drive” and “Psychosexual” have earned multiple industry awards.
