BROAD CITY: SEASON THREE REVIEWED
“Broad City” continues with more of the same jokes. Melissa Leo shows up in a bit role that outshines the leads throughout the entire series. Yeah, Whoopi Goldberg shows up when Ilana gets fired. It just didn’t matter. Nothing this season ever added up to meaning anything than short joke spurts. Why are you doing this, Hannibal?!?
I’ll admit that I’ve never been a fan. Feel free to find the reviews for the past two years to back that up. The difference being is that the first two years had an overall point. So much of this season felt like waiting to watch the friends meltdown. But, the show never commits to being dark. Fans are going to pick it up, but this isn’t going to win over any new fans.

The Plot Thus Far
Broad City follows two women throughout their daily lives in New York City, making the smallest and mundane events hysterical and disturbing to watch all at the same time.
