That being said, so many of the creative choices in the film are devoid of any reason. Characters make speeches and the cops just stand around looking dumb. Nothing amounts to anything, as I found myself checking my watch at several points during the film. That being said, it’s still great B-level schlock. It’s just that no one should really go out of their way to check it out.
