The Faustian drama Condition of Return starring AnnaLynne McCord (90210) opens in theaters and on VOD September 22nd. Directed by Tommy Stovall and written by John Spare, this slow-burn character study follows a churchgoing schoolteacher’s dark descent after making a deal with the devil to reclaim her life.
After premiering at the Sedona Film Festival where McCord won for Outstanding Lead Actress, Condition of Return will open in major markets like Los Angeles, Phoenix, Chicago, Dallas and more on September 22. It will also be available the same day on Vudu and cable VOD. The all-star cast includes Dean Cain (Lois & Clark), Natasha Henstridge (Species), and James Russo (Django Unchained).
In the film, McCord plays Eve Sullivan, a woman arrested for a heinous crime. As she is interrogated by a psychoanalyst (Cain), Eve recounts her troubled past and slowly turns the tables on him. As these two damaged souls reveal their deepest secrets, they may learn they have more in common than expected.
With its Faustian premise and talented lead performance from AnnaLynne McCord, Condition of Return promises to be a compelling, character-driven thriller.
Don’t miss its theatrical and VOD release on September 22! For Los Angeles residents, it opens at the Lumiere Music Hall in Beverly Hills.
