Sarah Collins (Sarah Bolger, "Mayans M.C.," The Spiderwick Chronicles, Emelie), is a single mother struggling to raise two young children while searching for answers about the unsolved murder of her husband. After being coerced into helping a low-level drug dealer, she finds herself the target of a dangerous crime boss. Desperate to keep her family safe, Sarah turns the tables on her victimizers in one final act of brutal vengeance. Set in the dark underbelly of Northern Ireland, Abner Pastoll's A GOOD WOMAN IS HARD TO FIND is a lean, mean, painfully real crime thriller featuring "one hell of a performance' by Sarah Bolger that 'will make you cheer [for] her ability to overcome the worst of humanity and come out the other end kicking all sorts of ass" (Slash Film).

A Good Woman is Hard to Find is a film that I believe we covered earlier in the year. Sarah Bolger is one of those deep cut talents that always entertains me. So, when I heard she was starring in a rip roaring tale of revenge…I was onboard. You know what? I did review this film a few months ago.
I loved the damn thing. Why can’t I remember anything about the film past the pretty Miss Bolger murdering bad guys? I don’t have a bad memory, so it must be something else.
The DVD comes with a ton of special features. You’re getting everything from a commentary to deleted scenes and an alternate opening. Featurettes, production footage and outtakes are also on deck. For a movie that didn’t open big in America, that is huge. So, go out and watch A Good Woman is Hard to Find today!
