Its beginner basics for everybody! YOGAWORKS AM WAKE-UP (10 Min.) – This energizing workout is the perfect way to start out your day by awakening your body and mind. YOGAWORKS PM RELAX & RESTORE (10 Min.) – Relax and restore after a long day with poses that will calm your mind and soothe your body.
WHAT WE THOUGHT
The DVD comes loaded with a workout that lasts over an hour. There’s specific exercises targeting your essentials during the morning and night. I don’t see much difference in them. Hell, the morning routine seems a little more hardcore. But, I guess that’s just the untrained eye.
What I thought was neat and important was the extended beginner section. It’s nice to see an exercise disc that target the newbies out there. So many discs claim that they are helping folks out by showing what is the minimum. Still, it doesn’t require that much other than time.
The DVD comes with a learning guide for Yoga novices. Plus, there’s a way to pick and choose what exercises you want to follow from the main menu. It’s nice that something like this can be so easily customized. After all, there’s got to be some hook to make this release stand out. If you have to pick up a Yoga DVD release, then I recommend this one.
