SNOWTIME!

SNOWTIME REVIEWED

“Snowtime” is a fun and well animated film about middle school aged kids fighting over a snow fort. There are heavier issues at play, but basically we’re watching kids be kids. But, what happens when a love triangle breaks out? The 3D transfer on the disc offers for some fun poppy action. It’s visual enough to capture young viewer’s attention, but it lacks that sheen that I would expect from bigger movies. So, will it entertain your kids during the upcoming break?

Of course. It’s a light trifle of kid entertainment, but it doesn’t talk down to them. On top of that, the soundtrack is a fresh blast of Northern Pop. If that sounds interesting to you, then give it a shot. If you don’t have kids, you would do well to pass this time.
