SHAKES THE CLOWN

SHAKES THE CLOWN REVIEWED

“Shakes the Clown” is a film about a drunken clown getting framed for murder. Having spend my teenager years watching a VHS tape until it fell apart, it’s hard to find people not knowing this movie. But, such is the passage of time. Bobcat Goldthwait has such a command of comedic timing, that his movie to directing was only natural. Plus, check it out for a stunning supporting turn from Tom Kenny. I love that Mill Creek took a chance on releasing this, don’t let them down.
