“Rogue” continues Grace Travis’s endeavors to fight against bad espionage. There’s a neat construct for female led spy adventures, but it feels like we saw it all before. The action holds up and it doesn’t feel as jokey as “Burn Notice”. What worries me is that I still can’t get into the show. It’s good, but it’s not memorable. Do you hate it when stuff like that happens? I do!
The DVD comes with featurettes as the special features. The A/V Quality is pretty strong for recent TV. The transfer is sharp, but it lacks any major punch-up. The Dolby 5.1 track is comparable to broadcast quality. In the end, I’d recommend a purchase to fans.
