PETER THE REDEMPTION REVIEWED

“Peter the Redemption” follows Peter the Apostle years after he denied Jesus. Living in Nero’s Rome, Peter is imprisoned for spreading the Gospel. When he discovers that one of Nero’s greatest servants is going to be punished for being Christian, Peter has to make a choice. Peter wants to redeem himself by saving the innocent believers. John Rhys-Davies lifts this movie to new heights, so it’s not fair to pass it off as more religious DTV fluff. But, the rest of the cast simply pales to his performance. If you have to watch one of these films with your family, make it this one.
