MADAM SECRETARY: SEASON 3 REVIEWED
“Madam Secretary” is one of those oddities that will entertain TV nerds for years to come. After all, how CBS managed to adapt and tweak this HRC bit of propaganda for a red state audience is focus group magic. Now, that the Donald is making Nixon look like a Saint, we have a prominent political show about a woman helping without getting in the way. Now, she’s not even the President. That’s respectable leading actor Keith Carradine’s problem.
Did I mention she still runs favors and does odd jobs for her husband? Did I forget that? Well, your grandparents didn’t. They’re eating this material up and Tea Leoni is rocking this shit like she’s living that Deep Impact life. Pick it up, if you’re a fan.
