M.F.A.

M.F.A. REVIEWED

“M.F.A” is like Death Wish, but with a woman murdering her rapist. Suddenly realizing the liberating sensation of murdering a bastard, our heroine begins to plot how to get rid of other bad guys. I’ve never been aware of Francesca Eastwood before, but she absolutely succeeds in the lead. The only thing that hurt the movie for me was its inability to get dirty. Modern remakes of most movies want to live in the comfort of being right. What happened to being willing to delve into the crime of sordid affairs? Oh well, I still enjoyed it.
