LEGEND OF THE AMERICAN SNIPER

LEGEND OF THE AMERICAN SNIPER REVIEWED

“Legend of the American Sniper” is a feature length series about the history of the long-distance killers. While it talks about the sniper position in terms of generalities, everything is grounded in fact. Naturally, it’s a world better than the Eastwood travesty from a few years ago. What kills me is that so much of the material feels like it was cut from something long-form. If there’s a longer cut or an extended series out there, I want to see it. This is quite the hidden treasure from Mill Creek. Check it out, if you have the chance.

The Plot Thus Far

One Shot, One Kill!

If anyone can claim the essence of the true warrior spirit, the one who sacrifices and fights for the greater good of his comrades, and the greater good of his country, it is the American sniper. The sniper, first and foremost, is a hunter. His weapon: a rifle. His prey: another human being. None have embraced this world better than the American sniper.
