Toning and stretching the body promotes weight loss and also protects our bones, reduces jont stress and increases brain function. Both my upper- and lower-body workouts build lean, healthy and supple muscles.

If you’re expecting a major workout, you should look elsewhere. However, you are still receiving a dedicated session that focuses on the issues that are important to older women. The idea is to maintain muscle and bone integrity, flexibility, prevent arthritis, to keep mental clarity, to improve balance and other health goals.
The DVD comes with no special features. It’s a basic workout disc with adequate A/V Quality. There’s nothing here to really blow you away, it works as a basic utility. You watch, you exercise and you try not to poop yourself while doing squats. I’d recommend a rental for most.
