The DVD does do one thing that I haven’t seen prior Jane Fonda workouts do. It allows you to split up the activity and take on the workout at your own rate. For a disc that’s designed to benefit older ladies, this is a benefit unmatched by other materials on the market. For the old readers, this is something to keep in mind.

The DVD comes with no special features. It’s a basic workout disc with adequate A/V Quality. There’s nothing here to really blow you away, it works as a basic utility. You watch, you exercise and you try not to poop yourself while doing squats. I’d recommend a rental for most.
