Sleuth provides endless thrills, Hollywood’s greatest leading men and classic series this October. This month, viewers get a full week of thrillers leading up to Halloween with some of Hollywood’s biggest stars. David Hasselhoff returns this month in the original “Knight Rider” series every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Additionally, the greatest leading men in Hollywood take over Sleuth this month with some of the classics.

“Sleuth is giving viewers a scare in honor of Halloween this month,” said Dan Harrison, Senior Vice-President, Emerging Networks, NBC Universal. “We have some of the biggest stars in their most suspenseful roles that will keep our audience on the edge of their seats, in addition to our regular line up of the best in action and crime solving.”

Beware of the week leading up to Halloween as Sleuth airs a week of thrillers. Melanie Griffith starts things off in “Body Double” on Monday, October 27 at 10pm and 1:30am ET. Dustin Hoffman runs for his life in “Marathon Man” on Tuesday, October 28 at 8pm and 10:30pm ET. Charlton Heston makes a crash landing in “Airport 1975” on Wednesday, October 29 at 8pm and 11pm ET. Johnny Depp attempts to beat the clock in “Nick of Time” on Thursday, October 30 at 8pm ET followed by a fatal attraction with Clint Eastwood in “Play Misty for Me” at 11pm ET.

Sleuth will celebrate Halloween all day long on Friday, October 31 with back-to-back thrillers as follows:

David Hasselhoff, the original Michael Knight, will return in the classic 80’s television series “Knight Rider” this month on Sleuth. Viewers can catch a ride with KITT on Friday nights at 7pm, 1am and 4am ET, Saturdays 6-8pm and Sundays 4-6pm ET all month long.

The “godfathers” of Hollywood take over Sleuth this month in some classic leading men roles. To start things off, Al Pacino holds the audience hostage in the network premiere of “Dog Day Afternoon” on Friday, October 3 at 8pm and 10:30pm ET, while Robert DeNiro stars in “Once Upon a Time in America” premiering on Saturday, October 4 at 8pm and 11pm ET. Jack Nicholson gives an award-winning performance in “Chinatown” on Sunday, October 5 at 8pm and 1am ET and Bruce Willis is “The Jackal” at 10:30pm and 3:30am ET.

Nicholson returns in “Chinatown” on Friday, October 10 at 8pm and 10:30pm ET and then in the network premiere of “Hoffa” on Saturday, October 11 at 8pm and 11pm ET. Johnny Depp is back again in “Nick of Time” on Saturday, October 18 at 8pm and 11pm ET. Then, Marlon Brando has an offer that Matthew Broderick can’t refuse in “The Freshman” on Sunday, October 19 at 10:30pm and 3am ET.

Sharon Stone stars with leading man Michael Douglas in the thriller “Basic Instinct” on Friday, October 24 at 8pm and 10:30pm ET, and Ben Stiller leads his superhero friends into action in “Mystery Men” on Saturday, October 25 at 8pm and 10:30pm ET. Finally, Kurt Russell attempts an “Escape from New York” on Sunday, October 26 at 10pm and 2am ET.
