DIY NETWORK CREATES A VINTAGE DINER STYLE

DIY Network’s Garage Mahal, the primetime series that turns everyday garages into jaw-dropping and unusual multifunctional spaces, took a bite out of Food Network star Guy Fieri’s and transformed it into a car lover’s paradise. Premiering in a special episode of Garage Mahal on Monday, Nov. 9 at 10:30 p.m. ET, Fieri throws down his carving knife and picks up a hammer to help the DIY Network crew and host Brian Corsetti build the greatest garage of all time.

Corsetti and crew create a killer garage with a vintage diner feel, complete with rolling car and custom back bars, diamond plate wainscoting and chair rail, black and white murals, and a half-ton of classic auto parts including classic car hoods on actuators. Encore episodes of Garage Mahal featuring Food Network’s Guy Fieri premiere every night at 10:30 p.m. ET on DIY Network the week of November 9-13.

“The space is 100 percent Guy Fieri,” said Corsetti. “From the flaming tuna to the rolling car bar, his garage is beyond cool and is a great place for kicking back and relaxing.”

An avid car enthusiast, chef and host of three wildly popular Food Network shows (Guy’s Big Bite, Diners, Drive-ins and Dives, Ultimate Recipe Showdown), Fieri’s garage is the hub of his home front for his family cookouts, and hot rod and barbecue grill collections.
