Expert trainer Bob Harper from “The Biggest Loser” presents a pair of high-effort, high-reward workouts for those who are serious about fitness. Bob’s routines demand effort from every muscle in your body and raise your endurance to new levels.
With a weight you will perform swings, shoulder presses, rows, bicep curls, weighted squats, weighted jumping jacks, lateral raises and maybe a few more. However, it’s the moves without weights that are the real killers on this DVD. This is a very good workout that will touch all the major muscle groups and is sufficiently difficult to challenge even an advance exerciser. The pace is relatively quick and the workout doesn’t drag by.
The DVD comes with no special features. It’s a basic workout disc with adequate A/V Quality. There’s nothing here to really blow you away, it works as a basic utility. You watch, you exercise and you try not to poop yourself while doing squats. I’d recommend a rental for most.
